The hut that was an important centre of activity in the woodland has collapsed, or perhaps been brought down intentionally. It was the site of greenwood projects and woodcraftwork at one time, as well as a useful shelter or rest stop. I was one of many who learnt how to make besoms and hurdles here in the 90s.
