This is a Georgian property, but not of the 18th or early 19th Century - it is Chipping Norton's former post office, built in the reign of George V in 1930. The architect H.E. Seccombe set out to design the post office to blend in with its 18th-century Georgian surroundings. Like so many of our post offices it has sadly closed and is now a vintage sports-car club - see their website http://www.vscc.co.uk/vsccweb/about/default.jsp
