Drivers familiar with the B6480 may be confused. The land beyond the sign is most definitely not Yorkshire! Either some wags have been at work or a lorry has clipped and spun the sign? In the interests of not confusing further the simple folk of Yorkshire the sign was rotated back to normality. Observant viewers will notice that Lancashire is in sunlight whilst Yorkshire (left of the beck) is in the shade. The boundary stone marked on the map was nowhere to be seen.
