This is a side view of the station pictured head on in Image] Mornington Crescent is on the Charing Cross branch of the Northern Line between Euston and Camden Town where that line meets the Bank branch before splitting again immediately northwards. This station was closed for 5½ years from 23/10/1992 to 27/04/1998 when it was reopened by the regular cast of the show "I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue", Humphrey Lyttelton (Host), Barry Cryer, Tim Brooke-Taylor and Graeme Garden. The game of "Mornington Crescent" is one of the most famous and popular rounds on that Radio programme.
