This appears to be a private car park for workers at the nearby Glaxo Smith Kline works Image, though it was empty and locked on a Sunday. It is accessed by Joyce Green Lane Image The housing in the background is on Dunlop Close and is clearly infill development following construction of the Dartford bypass.
