Postbox number IP19 5517, made by W.T. Allen and Co, London. However the postbox is situated in IP18. It is in fact Number IP18 5565 The Drive / Halesworth Road, Reydon. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2277914 A design known as 1105966 EVIIR WB _2092/2 of which only 60 remain in the country. Thanks to Richard Ellis for the correct information regarding this postbox, which Royal Mail seem to have got wrong, probably because the box was moved from elsewhere and the plate not changed.
