Dead Otter - Victim of the modern world and their own success

Image: © Mick Lobb Taken: 19 Feb 2011

This otter was victim of a road traffic accident on what has become a very busy rural road. It was found some distance from any river or body of water of appreciable size and was, in all probability, a young animal in search of its own territory.
