Trains operate every thirty minutes all day, every day, between Redditch and Birmingham New Street, then continuing to Four Oaks and Lichfield. This sign has a "moving" list of stations to be stopped at by the next train, the 09:02 to Lichfield (Trent Valley). In the image it has reached (Sut)ton Coldfield, Four Oaks, Butler(s Lane), ... The second train on this single track line is in the reverse direction, the 09:15 to Redditch.
