Caffyns showroom and Saffron Rooms, Eastbourne

The Caffyns car showroom and Saffron Rooms date from 1911. It was built to serve both as a car showroom and as meeting rooms, an unusual combination of uses. The building is Grade II listed. The building in the background, with the clock tower, is Eastbourne Town Hall.
