A minor road runs through discarded rubbish, much of which is commercial. This is a massive problem in the central belt of Scotland, especially Lanarkshire. Time to start locking folk up. I am always a little nervous stopping the car in places like this, I have already been accused of dumping once (in Lancashire, not Lanarkshire).
