With a hefty lump of concrete blocking the way and traffic lights permanently on red, no guided buses are going towards St Ives today, nor, it would appear, on any day in the foreseeable future with Cambridgeshire County Council and the main contractor BAM Nuttall locked in a contractual dispute. This is the view at the Iceni Way crossing into the Orchard Park estate.
