This is the Steam Tug Challenge. Challenge is the last steam tug to have worked on the river Thames and she also served at the evacuation of Dunkirk in May/June 1940 www.stchallenge.org for more information. Note Challenge is no longer here. She is in Southampton unfortunately not open to the public.
