The lock is the fifteenth up of the Tardebigge flight of thirty on the Worcester and Birmingham Canal. In the text for another image http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2258895 , I noted that the lock was full. So it was, but now I have opened both bottom gate paddles fully, and the water level is falling rapidly.
