A good crowd attended the Dragon Festival in Channel Street, Galashiels to celebrate the Chinese New Year and welcome in the Year of the Rabbit. The event was organised by the Borders Chinese Cultural Association, with the main event the Lion Dance performed by the Glasgow Hong Lok Dragon and Lion Dancing Troupe. Two lions were used in the dance and here the white lion walks towards Bank Street after the performance, while the black lion performers are at the far left and right.
