A Dennis Elite 2 refuse wagon first registered on 29 November 2006 and operated by Wiltshire Council is receiving the contents of a wheelie bin used by a nearby householder. The Dennis is fitted with a 7.1 litre Diesel engine and costs £650.00 a year in Vehicle Excise Duty.
