Seen from the south-east corner of the churchyard. The oldest feature of the building is the west tower, where the lower portions are Norman in style, and dated by Pevsner as 12th century ('The Buildings of England: Northamptonshire'). The stonework - which I take to be ironstone - is very typical of Northamptonshire.
