Work has started on the removal of redundant station buildings, though it's not clear how many, if any, will remain. Efforts to make other uses of the buildings have come to nought and considering how long the buildings have been neglected, the cost is too great. Thanks to John Stephenson for giving me the opportunity to take the photographs. I was unaware of the demolition work until he emailed me.
