Somewhere near this spot a weir is going to be constructed in order that the newly built section of the Droitwich Junction Canal can join the dredged and canalised river on its way through the town. The canal, already cut as far as Lock No 7 (off to the right) is behind the river bank foliage and runs parallel to the river here. Image] Image
