On the eastern side of Bentley Heath. Numbers 198-206. The neighbouring terraces were built in 1899 and 1902. Approached from the south these estates seem continuous with Dorridge, but the house numbers show that this road was developed from the north. The development pressure was from Solihull and Birmingham.
