Phoenix Brewery

The Phoenix Brewery on Green Lane, Heywood, was previously owned by Bass brewery. It closed in 1960 after over 150 years in operation. In 1991, the brewery was reopened by the Oak Brewing Company who moved their operations from Ellesmere Port.
