This small flock are , I think, Herdwick's, although the extreme contrasts in this snowy makes them appear much darker than they in reality are. Correction: I have been informed that these sheep are of the Hebridean breed and have a black fleece and legs, so I misinterpreted the lighting contrast ! Thanks to Norman Perkins for the information.
