A new hospital has been opened and this site is to be redeveloped. This photograph is through the padlock opening of a solid plywood gate, hence the odd angle. It is also pretty much into the light. My eye was caught by the chimney that appears older than the boiler house and its proportions suggest that it's been shortened in the past. The boiler house appeared to contain relatively modern, large packaged boilers.
