The path leading away from Norwood Grove towards adjacent Streatham Common. The former is surrounded by cast iron railings and is locked at night. The house and its park were bought by Croydon Corporation in 1926. The park covers some 32 acres and is on English Heritage's Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest.
