This building, on Devonshire Road, was refurbished towards the end of 2010. Precise lexicography will in due course pinpoint exactly when, in the early 21st century, marketing strategists decreed that centres should be known as hubs. The four faux-Edwardian terraced houses with dormers next to the CAB are also relatively new, replacing a splendid cycle-repairer's workshop. The cycle lane in the foreground comes from the Tony Carter Cycle Bridge, the top of whose supporting pylon is visible beneath the street lamp on the right.
