The junction of the A94 with the A90 at Forfar is just by Whitewell, which is the buildings to the left of the trees. The junction is an overly complicated affair with two roundabouts and an underpass, which readily misleads the unwary motorist into taking a wrong turning. The new Angus Council headquarters buildings are on the left.
