Is there anything more iconic in British landscapes and street scenes, than the K6 telephone kiosk? The take over of the General Post Office by British Telecom, sounded the death nell for many of the kiosks, to be replaced by characterless modern designs. Very few of the kiosks remain. I'm pleased to report that the door on this kiosk has been replaced. October 2012 This Kiosk is situated on Central Cross Drive, Pittville.
