Garden flower or noxious weed? It is both. You will find plenty of these bright and decorative plants in gardens. But they have spread to hedges and clifftops. Cornwall Wildlife Trust on a web page wrote "Halt the alien menace. Don't dump your garden rubbish on the verge." This told us "In Australia the plant has been classed as a noxious weed and it is illegal to sell it or allow it to spread to adjacent land."
