This departure board has recently appeared, and provides a useful facility. Generally speaking the bus services in the Wyre Forest area, at present, are fairly poor. Buses are used by the young, the elderly and people on low incomes. The attitude of most people, if they possibly can, is to avoid using them. It gives rise to a chicken & egg situation, there aren't a great number of passengers compared to places of a similar size, so there is not much incentive to improve services, but if services and the buses themselves were improved, then perhaps more people would use them.
