Cherry Hinton Brook - see http://www.friendsofcherryhintonbrook.org.uk/ - rises on Limekiln Hill and flows roughly north-west then north to join the Cam near Fen Ditton. Snakey Path follows the brook from Cherry Hinton to Burnside, then parallel to Brooks Road and behind Sainsbury's to Coldhams Lane. Some week-old compacted ice remains on the path.
