A nice example of a 1960's development set in its own parkland. This was built by Wates, with construction starting in 1963. When new, the estate seemed to be home to a fair number of journalists, including the late Sheridan Morley ,once film critic of the Sunday Times. (source Dulwich Society newsletter, Summer 2007)
