Newport Cricket Club moved to this location, in Newport International Sports Village, in 1990. In front of the clubhouse are two cricket grounds, side by side. The main ground was purpose-built to Minor County / County Second XI standard. The reserve ground is used for the club's third and fourth teams, and for juniors.
