Hilly Field/Gersey Field

The name of the fields according to the 1838 tithe map that have been amalgamated to form a larger modern field. Hilly Field is in the foreground, Gersey Field is to the south. The northern scarp slope of the South Downs is on the horizon to the left and the covering of snow has enabled the V of the Victoria Plantation to stand out clearly.
