View SE, towards Bescot, Aston and Birmingham New Street; ex-London & North Western. The train, with LMS Fowler 3P No. 40066, is curving away from the main Grand Junction line at Bescot No. 3 Box, beyond which is the large marshalling yard. Nowadays the M6 Motorway crosses right over here.
