95 Priory Road (the white building on the left) and 2-8 Station Road. All these buildings were constructed c.1900 as they appear first on the 1905 OS plans. The distinctive black and white building on the corner was at one point offices for Walter Lockhart coal merchants. Mr Lockhart's name was used for the name of the road which was built on the site of the station coal yard -Lockhart Close. These days the shop/office at 2 Station Road on the right is occupied by the charity The Friends of the Holy Land and number 6 is kenilworth Chiropody Surgery.
