Looking from Sorby Hall of Residence. The buildings in the foreground are part of the adjacent Earnshaw Hall of Residence whilst the lights of Sheffield city centre can be seen on the horizon. Both Sorby and Earnshaw Halls have since been demolished; the site is now the Endcliffe Student Village.
