This bench mark is on the garden wall of the old lodge, close to where Hough Green meets Curzon Park North. http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm36243 It seems to be recorded first on the 1954 O.S. 1:10,560 scale map, and is not the same mark that is recorded on the early maps about 12 metres further west.
