The building is located on the corner of The Esplanade and Bridgeman Road, facing Penarth Pavilion and Pier. It was built in the 1880s in the Jacobean style. Grade II listed in 1984. After many decades as Penarth's municipal baths, the building was later an inn and then converted to flats.
