The two buildings shown here are on the High Street side of this one Image and do not appear to be part of the “Royal Exchange” planning application “1493/DCA “Demolition to rear of no. 17 Lombard Street and demolition of nos. 17A-27 Lombard Street, 16-22 Rosemary Street”. The building on the left includes the “Monico” bar. As noted in the photo in the link, the “Monico” seems to be no 17.
