Despite the sign, the area at the lower right corner of photo is as far as it is safe for pedestrians to walk. Somehow, the signs on the post have been reversed - the one on the opposite side shows No Pedestrians. This is the exit slip road from the A470 to the B4262 roundabout just behind the camera.
