A block of centrally located offices and flats. The building houses a regional office of the North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC). It was originally built in the 1890s as a rear extension to the Post Office on St Nicholas Street. Denton Chare opens on the left Image and an archway on the right (just off the picture) provides access to Image
