A4039, Penn Road to Bilston. This is at the top of the hill. Pedestrian lights ahead are before the junction with Upper Villiers Street. Traffic congestion occurs every weekday, especially coming towards the camera. There are too many opportunities for right turns coming from Blakenhall, all of which cause repeated halting of traffic flow. Avoid between 08:00-9:00 and 15:00-18:00 (including "school run" times).
