The BT telephone box in the linear village of Tan-y-Coed (meaning 'Below the Woods') bears the Welsh inscription 'e-bost - testun - ffon' i.e. e-mail -text -phone. The 'e' in 'e-bost' is pronouned as 'e' in eskimo.
