A Class 86 electric locomotive approaching Crewe with a northbound express is about to pass under Casey Bridge, which carries Casey Lane over the railway. In the distance, largely hidden by the catenary, are the buildings of Basford Dairy Store (although whether that was their name in 1978 I don't know).
