Side view of the former corn mill, built c1800 in coursed rubble, with a stone slate roof. For a time, the Dam Mill was known as the Wheelhouse Restaurant, no doubt getting the name from the large water-wheel that once powered the mill. Unfortunately the wheel no longer exists. Currently the building houses a beauty salon. It is a grade II listed building. LBS Number: 342307
