Taken looking NEN from what was the railway bridge at New Ellerby. The actual bridge has been removed and the cutting has been filled in at this point. The bridge was probably on its way out and this would have been the cheapest way to keep the Hornsea to Hull road open. The railway track forms part of a National cycle way.
