The Hollybush on the A449 Stourbridge/Kidderminster road has had a "facelift" with extra wood cladding, and lost its famous function room, which had hosted many a party, reception, club, society and gig, and become a modern expanded eating house with its "two meals for the price of one" nonsense which so annoys single people who fancy a pint and a lunch. It still sells beer, though I haven't tried it out yet! So much for tradition. Both Bank's and Marston's were traditionally renowned for good milds.
