This plaque is at the front bottom of the war memorial. The words are: "Wait but for the yield of all our toil and God shall not forget". The memorial also has on the left and right sides of the base, two bronze relief panels. That on the left shows an infantry scene. The one on the right shows ships with biplanes flying above.
