1883 built spinning mill. Now in the ownership of "Trendsetter". The rectangular two storey building is the converted engine house. This contained an 1100 hp George Saxon horizontal twin tandem compound engine with rope drive. There is a truncated chimney. The Mill practically overlaps Durban and is very close to Heron (q.v.)
