Photographed from Hawksley Street. Spinning mill built 1907 and then owned by Raygrade. Was powered by a J & E Wood inverted vertical triple expansion engine. A small steam fire pump from here is at Astley Green Colliery Museum. Since demolished to make way for an housing development.
