Yet another pub bites the dust... Whereas so many, however, disappear quietly with local people shrugging their shoulders, this one seems to have caused quite a stir with the local MP, Charlotte Leslie, fronting a campaign to persuade its owners, Enterprise Inns, to reopen or sell the pub at a realistic price. The potential ought to be there with its enviable views across the River Avon.
